Exhibit Installation

All exhibits must be ready for show by 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 3, 2008

Exhibit Dismantling

Any exhibitor dismantling prior to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4, 2008 may be denied future exhibit opportunities.

Sponsorship & Advertising

Payment Schedule
A non-refundable deposit of $1,300 per 10' x 10' booth or $2,595 per 10' x 20' booth is due no later than September 3, 2008 with the Exhibitor Space Application and Contract completed online. The balance is due no later than October 3, 2008. Booth space may be reassigned if payments are not received by indicated dates.
